1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Court Face: Varnok Edition (the “Watch Face”), published by Varnok Systems, handles information. The Watch Face is a resource-only Wear OS Watch Face Format package. It contains no executable application code, user accounts, advertising, analytics SDK, in-app purchases, custom network communication, or app-owned backend.
2. Information the Watch Face Displays
Depending on the user's device, settings, permissions, and configured system providers, the Watch Face may display:
- Watch battery status
- Heart rate
- Steps and step-goal progress
- Current weather, daily high and low temperatures, and chance of rain
- Next calendar event
- Sunrise or sunset event time
- UV Index
- Moon phase
- Date and time
This information is supplied locally through Wear OS, Samsung, device services, system complication providers, or native watch-face data sources and is used only to render the Watch Face on the user's device. The Watch Face may access heart rate and step data locally through Wear OS or Samsung system providers solely to display it on the watch. Court Face: Varnok Edition does not transmit this data off the user's device.
3. Information We Collect
Varnok Systems does not collect personal information through the Watch Face. The Watch Face does not independently collect location, health, calendar, weather, device, usage, advertising, or analytics data. It does not request location permission.
4. How Information Is Used
Information supplied by the user's device or selected system providers is used locally only to display the requested watch-face information. The Watch Face does not independently process that information for profiling, advertising, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.
5. Data Sharing
The Watch Face does not transmit personal information to Varnok Systems or share personal information with third parties. Varnok Systems does not sell personal data. The Watch Face contains no advertising or tracking technology.
6. Data Storage and Retention
The Watch Face does not independently store personal information, and Varnok Systems does not receive or retain the health, calendar, weather, location, or device information displayed by the Watch Face.
7. Third-Party and System Services
Wear OS, Samsung Health, weather services, calendar providers, and other system or complication providers may supply information selected or enabled by the user. Those services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies and device permission controls. This policy does not govern their separate collection, use, storage, or sharing practices.
8. Children's Privacy
The Watch Face is not designed to collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the Watch Face does not collect personal information, Varnok Systems does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. 9. Security
The Watch Face is designed so that Varnok Systems does not receive the personal information displayed on the device. Device security, provider access, and permissions remain controlled by Wear OS, the watch manufacturer, the user's device settings, and the selected system providers.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the Watch Face or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be reflected before they apply to a version whose data practices differ from those described here.
